SPAB Mills Section - the UK’s national organisation for protecting and promoting traditional windmills and watermills. They provide technical advice, training and funding for the sympathetic repair of mills and their machinery; campaign to save traditional mills from destruction and conversion; and celebrate our milling heritage through National Mills Weekend, the nation’s annual celebration of mills and milling on the second weekend of May.
The Traditional Cornmillers Guild - The Guild provides information, support and advice for the traditional windmills and watermills in Britain that have remained in production or have been brought back into full working order.

Sarehole Mill - a 250 year old watermill at Hall Green, Birmingham, famous for its association with author J.R.R Tolkien. This is Birmingham's only other water mill, and is 10½ miles from New Hall Mill.
Berkswell Windmill - the Facebook Page for a local restored tower windmill with sails with regular Open Days. It is 18 miles from New Hall Mill.
