Who runs this site?
A volunteer, Sheridan Parsons, on behalf of the Friends of New Hall Mill. There is no other external designer or content editor.
What information do we collect?
You can visit the site without registering or supplying information. If you choose to register on the site, we collect your name and email address. You may also volunteer additional information when you participate publicly by commenting on posts and pages.
When you are registered and posting, our hosting service (ghost.org) may record the IP address that the post originated from. They may also retain server logs which include the IP address of requests to their server. Please refer to Ghost for details of their own privacy policy.
What do we use your information for?
Information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To respond to your enquiries, requests, and support needs.
- To send periodic emails including newsletters.

What is our data retention policy?
We retain your name and email address only while you have an active mailing list subscription. We regularly delete inactive names and email addresses. You may unsubscribe at any time. We can also erase your data on request.

We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
